• Payment information — payment card details, bank/ACH details, or wire transfer information. Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
• Business and compliance information — for consulting, FDA, FSVP, and Importer of Record ("IOR") clients, information about your products, facilities, suppliers, and regulatory documentation.
• Communications — information you submit through our contact forms, by email, or in support requests.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and dates/times of access.
• Cookies and similar technologies — as described in Section 04.

Information from third parties

• Order, fraud-screening, and payment-status information from our e-commerce and payment providers (e.g., Shopify, Stripe), and analytics and advertising data from providers such as Google and Meta.

The Site and Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
